Make flexible ice packs that will shape around body parts by mixing 2/3 water and 1/3 isopropyl alcohol in heavy duty freezer bags. Place in freezer between uses. The alcohol prevents the water from freezing solid leaving it in a more 'squishy' and flexible state. I always have a few of these in my freezer for injuries or post workout icing.
So many times when I just 'don't feel like exercising' my daughter will tell me to just start it or if you had started it when you first started talking about 'doing it' you'd be well on your way by now. If I 'fake it' and just get going I often times can't stop and feel so good afterwards
