Hanging Reminder. Buy a pair of pants that don't fit and hang them up in your closet so you see it everyday and then when you think you can fit in them reward yourself buy wearing those pants and telling the world why your wearing them.

Nutty Protein

My secret to better snacking is I have a ready supply of almonds on my desk so when I am hungry I can snack on the almonds. They fill me up and I am not as hungry so I snack less. Plus it is a great source of the good fats and protein.
