Snack Calorie Ranges

Snacks are am important part of a Healthy Diet and Exercise Program. They provide you with the energy needed to support you bodies need throughout the day.

It's not only important to find snacks you like but to find a wide arrainge of calorie ranges.

I have 35, 40, 65, 70, 100, 110, 125, and 140 calorie snacks that I eat on a routine basis. This enables me to mix and match snacks based upon my over all caloric needs and it allows for a lot of variety.

Surround yourself with food

Surrounding yourself with healthy, low fat, low calorie food provides you options when others around you are not so keen on wanting to eat healthy. This provides you with the necessary fuel to avoid physical and pshycological hunger.

Replace Sauces with Soups

I love dips and foods with tasty sauces.

One thing I have found that helps replace the taste of these sauces is by having soup. I choose soups that are high in flavor but low in calories such as a good health Tortilla Soup, and I've eaten Chinese Hot n Sour Soup. These help replace taste for

15 minute walk's

Busy schedule,
Not motivated after a long day

I find taking an afternoon walk for 15 minutes not only increases my cardio but helps alleviate work place stress.

It's good if you can find a co-worker as well but try not to talk about work and focus on postive things. Enjoy the walk !!!

One of the secrets to my program is apples.

I eat 3 to 4 apples per day This is done so that when I do have a meal i'm not as hungry and eat less. Your burn more calories eating them through metabolism than you take in
