Make low-cal frozen meals "heartier"!

I like to keep black beans and chick peas in my fridge. When I heat a healthy (usually organic) meal, I've noticed that there is usually lots of sauce left over. I can add fiber to the meal by adding the beans. I add chick peas to curry meals and black beans to Mexican inspired cuisine.

Green Smoothies

I have lately fallen in love with green smoothies! I didn't realize they would help me lose weight! I start the morning with one and my energy level rises within a half hour. I expected better workouts and digestion, but I never expected a 6 pound drop in my weight! Wow!
