I like to keep black beans and chick peas in my fridge. When I heat a healthy (usually organic) meal, I've noticed that there is usually lots of sauce left over. I can add fiber to the meal by adding the beans. I add chick peas to curry meals and black beans to Mexican inspired cuisine.
I posted a secret about smoothies and received several questions, so...in response to the green smoothie question: I bought Victoria Boutenko's Book, Green Smoothie Revolution (only around $10) and started trying recipes.
