Cinammon not only tastes great..but it has MANY healthy benefits. Eating 1/2 tsp-2 tsp a day on your food has been proven to lower your cholesterol and aid in the regulation of blood sugar. It also inhibits bacterial growth on food. Eating cinnamon each day also helps burn belly fat. Many people have found great success in busting through a weight loss plateau simply by sprinkling on this miracle spice!
Dr. Oz said this on one of his shows. He explained that the body will crave food, even if it is not officially "hungry." If you eat healthy, nutrient-rich foods, you will satisfy your body, and it will not crave high calorie, empty foods. It really hit a cord with me.
Jillian Michaels said on the Biggest Loser to vary your caloric intake: eat on the low end for two days, eat in the middle range for three days, eat on the high end (even going a little over) on two days. This keeps your body guessing. I did this all last week and lost 3.5 lbs!

I had a hard time with making a vision college. First off I didn't have a printer and second, I don't get magazines or anything. The other day I was on Pinterest. I made a board and am now using it as my vision college and motivation! There are so many cool things on Pinterest and I can go to any website and pin whatever motivational things I want!!
