Special K cracker chips

OMG- Special K cracker chips. One serving of the sea salt flavor is 110 calories for 30 chips (yes, I said 30). There was another flavor, sour cream and onion, it was 110 calories for 27 chips!

SMART BALANCE 50/50 butter blend

I made frozen vegetables last night, steamed as usual. I used the butter blend for the first time, When my husband ate his veggies, he kept telling me how good they were! I have to agree, it has a great taste! I'm glad I discovered it.

Easy way to add protien to breakfast

I eat oatmeal for breakfast a lot. When I went to a Nutritionist, she told me to add in a serving of peanut butter. A great way to get protein for that meal!

Measure out butter easier

I cut my cube of butter into 8 tablespoons, then cut it lengthwise into thirds. Put it into a sandwich bag, in the fridge. Then use it as needed, already measured. emoticon
