When I want to eat something I don't need, usually a Snickers, I grab my belly fat. I reminds me that I already have a Snickers in storage.

When I feel the urge to have a snack I do not need or a craving, I go brush my teeth and make them feel nice and fresh, That way you do not want to ruin the clean taste in your mouth, and if you did go ahead and snack it would not taste the same as the toothpaste taste would interfere and food would

Try experimenting with not eating after 7:30pm or so! It's a challenge for me to get dinner in my belly that early but I believe it's well worth it. I drink water after then though. I think eating late is hard on my metabolism.

Start with something - anything. For example, I felt I needed more water. After a day or two of 8 cups a day, I felt more energy for exercise. After a day or two of at least 10 minutes of exercise a day, I felt a desire to try to eat healthier and cleaner. Pick one thing that will be easy for you to stick with and see where it goes from there!
