This amazing spray on carper cleaner can get out even old coffee stains!! Unfortunately, at the bridge club, they get a lot of coffee spills. When one of the members told me about it, I tried it, as the cleaner they had at the club didn't work.

At the beginning of the month I mark a calendar with just one chore to do each day. Such as eat an apple, read a health article, walk for 20 minutes, etc. I do it with 2 friends, we give everything a point value and we each pay $5.00 whoever gets the highest points wins and they must buy something

Plateaus happen, don't panic and give up. Some plateaus may last for several months. Just continue doing what you have been but change up the foods/workouts just a little to trick you body. Your body is going through some huge changes and sometimes need that break to catch up with your determination

I hit a plateau with my normal exercise routine. I walked a few miles per night for a few nights and the weight just dropped right down.
A plateau is a leveling off time when there is not much change in forward progress towards your goal. Even if the numbers on the scale don't move, you can still make progress in other areas of your life, so work on those.
