skechers shape ups
I've been wearing mine for almost a week now & def feel the burn in my legs. haven't felt a lot in my butt or upper body--so far I love them! I also have the reebok easytone flip flops, don't wear them enough to give a thumbs up or down... so maybe later in the summer i will be able to do a product review
PB2 or Chocolate PB2
I absolutely love peanut butter, only problem is the cal,fat grams,sodium, etc doesn't love me back.....so i discovered pb2 as well as chocolate pb2 at www.bellplantation.com it is powdered peanut butter.
fiber one bars
they are so goooood!! that it is easy to eat more than one but if u do that, u will definitely be paying for it later! so u might want to make sure u actually only stick to one or your stomach will be hurting later! Good note so that u don't overdo it!
I have a big water jug at my desk that i fill 3 times a day & have a cup with a straw so that i can drink faster. Straws are awesome!!! & makes it so much easier to drink all of it

this is only 50 calories for 2 tbspn made. it is awesome & tastes great!! unfortunately they are currently on backorder
By eating a nutritious breakfast filled with good proteins and carbs will help you get through the day & also exercise properly as well
when i'm too tired!
i get myself prepped to work out and say i am only going to do this for 10 minutes. Once i'm into the 10 minutes, I'm pretty much up for 30 or longer! i just need that extra push to get started
100 cal mini bags popcorn
I absolutely love the 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn & kettle corn & butter! they are an awesome night time snack & are very filling!
The best way to begin a new journey is to first write out your short term & long term goals. Figure out what u would enjoy to eat on your new journey & make sure to journal your daily intake as it will help you backtrack to figure out what you are doing right or wrong! Journaling and preplanning!!
getting in exercise
If i have alot planned for the day & feel i will not have time to exercise, I wake up an hour early and get it in then. It is hard at first, but once i get going, i feel better the whole day!
