My built-in vacuum has no powered, just uses my own strength to move it over floors and carpets, good exercise for shoulders, back and legs, and it cleans more easily under the furniture!
In any recipe that calls for bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, I substitute oat bran, ground oatmeal or quinoa and get superior results with high fibre and great texture and taste. This method also keeps recipes "cleaner" and saves unnecessary processing.
Invite someone to join you in a 5 or 10K walk or run. It is inspiring to that person and keeps you accountable.
Nothing keeps me honest like writing it down! It's a gentle tap on the shoulder when I'm tempted to cheat, it's a great encouragement when I've done well, it helps me plan my day more productively. Then I have a record of what has worked and what hasn't.
