Eat a light, balanced dinner, drink lots of water, don't beat yourself up, plan your meals in advance for next few days, so it doesn't happen again.
Fill up on Veggies... ingest less calories... feel more satisfied!
If you find that you overeat during a Family Function, Holiday Get Party, Office Snacks, etc...
Go for an extra walk... take the stairs... you'll feel less full and less guilty after.
I drink 2 refills of a 4 cup container, straw attached... that gives me the 8 cups... I take container with me everywhere... I drink more when I drink water with a straw.
Everyday, I read as many "Success Secrets" til I find one that I can add to my healthier lifestyle!

Ordered a Taco Salad a few years ago... came with Salsa as the dressing... adds taste, less calories, better for you... love it! ALWAYS have salsa in fridge for my salads... try it!
Buy meat in bulk... divide ground beef, chicken, etc... Freeze in individual portions in Ziplock baggies... when you want to make a dish, you just grab a bag... defrosts quick... also cheaper than buying smaller packages.
If you're cooking for 2 a lot... make portions for 2... and so on.
