Get morning walk before you eat or shower!

Few years ago, I'd wake up, take a walk with my dog before breakfast and shower, even if it was a short walk... Always gave me energy for the day. My dog loved it, always insisted on daily walk. Both happy.

MMMmmm... Pineapple... Grab and Go Snack

Buy Pineapple, save money, cut it up yourself, divide diced pineapple into Ziplocks... snack size amounts.

Grapes are another easy grab on the go snack.

Save clean up time in the Kitchen

Have hot soapy water in sink, as you cook or bake, throw dirty dishes in when finished using them, they soak til you're finished, dishes are quick and easy to clean.

Buy spiral Notebook... Sort recipes into categories... divide book into sections (Entree, Mexican, Recipe to try, Salad, etc)... Add recipes (in your spare time)

Easy Access for a Healthier you, when all your recipes are easy to find in one spot ! Add pics, optional.

Don't know what you wanna eat, look through your cookbook!

Fav New Snack... Pretzels

Found a new snack... Keeps the hunger away... Healthy too.
A few pretzels here, a few there... depending on the brand, one serving, 65-80 pretzels... don't usually have a whole serving in a day.
Always wondered why everyone always had pretzels to snack on... learned to love them this year!
