Few years ago, I'd wake up, take a walk with my dog before breakfast and shower, even if it was a short walk... Always gave me energy for the day. My dog loved it, always insisted on daily walk. Both happy.
Buy Pineapple, save money, cut it up yourself, divide diced pineapple into Ziplocks... snack size amounts.
Grapes are another easy grab on the go snack.
Have hot soapy water in sink, as you cook or bake, throw dirty dishes in when finished using them, they soak til you're finished, dishes are quick and easy to clean.
