At the beginning, I started with walking to the road with my sis (I was really out of shape) the next day I walked a bit farther... as I got stronger, I added time to my walk... 6 months later, I was going for hour long walks!
Or start off by dancing to music in your living room! Get your hea...

Look at everything available, What's healthier? Decide what's going on your plate. When you make your decision in advance, you can think rationally.
Don't forget to fill plate with fruits and veggies.
When you're overwhelmed by clutter or a messy room... take 15 minutes to declutter... you can get a lot done in 15 minutes... relax for a bit... not quite done? do it in 15 minutes intervals, good to pace yourself!

Don't forget to hydrate... Drink a glass of water before your walk.
Find something you LOVE! Something you know you look forward to, that's not an everyday kinda thing... Reward yourself with that!
I LOVE going on vacation in a warm place... I'm gonna reward myself with a vacation next January! Not sure where!

I try to stock up on TP (Toilet Paper), Big Kleenex, Meats, Salmon, PB (Peanut Butter), etc Usually lasts til next sale!
Check weekly flyers for Sales, stock up on sale Items you use regularly. A SALE is only a DEAL if it's something you buy ANYWAYS!
