Replace lettuce with spinach... replace Mayo with Avocado

Replace Spinach and Avocado in place of Lettuce and Mayo on sandwiches, wraps, etc... Great taste and more nutrition.
Avocado has the good fat... use instead of cheese, mayo.

Adding Veggies to Ground Meat

Add spinach, shredded carrot, tomato,
Make ahead ground meat for dishes in advance and freeze. Mix in some frozen chopped spinach, shredded carrot into meat mixture. Can use to make spaghetti sauce, meatballs, burgers, etc. It cooks in well, you can't really taste it! Great to get veggies into picky eater's diet.

Get off the"Clearance Rack"

If your not being treated with love and respect, check your "Price Tag" perhaps you have marked yourself down. It's "you" who tells people what your worth by what you accept. Get off the"Clearance Rack" and get behind the glass where they keep all the VALUABLES.. Bottom line is...VALUE yourself! Hope this helps someone get off the CLEARANCE RACK!!!

Declutter... Throw Away One Item Daily!

Toss or donate an item a day or 7 items a week.
Get rid of the jeans/top you don't wear often, cause you love others more.
Clear needed space in your home!
Sort through a drawer, clean out closet.

Designate a box or spot, to throw unused items. Donate end of week.
