Do you like to snack after dinner? Try brushing your teeth. It's a mental thing, when you brush your teeth your mind thinks it's the end of the day and you don't need to eat anymore. Plus, no one likes to get rid of that fresh-breath feeling :-)

Audio Books

I listen to audio books while working out. It makes me workout longer because I want to get to that next chapter. Then I have certain books I only listen to while at the gym so it gives me the motivation to go workout because I want to finish that book.
