Double check your tracked food items The user entered foods are a great help in nutrition tracking.You can always at least get close. However, some users enter only calories so if you are tracking other nutrients, make sure to double check the nutrition information for user entered foods. Otherwise your results might be skewed.

Give yourself a daily pat on the back. It's easy to get down on yourself . Speak nicely to yourself, even if you don't feel like it. It really does help! Congratulate yourself on things you've done right and encourage yourself to take it one day at a time. You're worth it!

I make fruit smoothies for breakfast a lot. An orange, banana and a couple of handfuls of strawberries and you've knocked out a bunch of fruits for the day. Add yogurt and you've just added a great little a protein boost!
