Eat your ice cream with a baby spoon. It will take longer to eat and be more satisfying. It's also fun!
A "serving size" of peanut butter is 2 tablespoons. I use 4 teaspoons instead. By cutting back a little bit, and using a no-salt or low-fat peanut butter then I am saving on calories while still getting my peanut butter fix.
I used to eat after my daughter went to bed. Hubby would make popcorn, and we'd snack. Well I put "No eating after 9pm" on my "Other Goals". Now if I want to be able to check that off every day, and work toward my Spark streak, I have to be good! It motivates me to stay on track.
