I've always had issues with the lower abs...the Iron Gym works great! All you need is a doorway (Perfect Pullup w/ab straps works, too). Attach the straps to the Iron Gym, and do however many sets you want of knee raises. I do sets of 12...between 3-5 sets straight up, followed by twisted sets, which works the obliques. It's a quick exercise that can be done whenever you have a few minutes!
I am a teacher, and during the summer especially, I find that I have more time around the house. That leads to wanting to eat. When I get the craving to snack, I'll eat a dill pickle with a bottle of water. Very low calories, and combined with the water, it can be very filling!
