trimming calories off chinese

when reheating chinese food, instead of filling bowl with rice, i use french cut green beans : ) yum yum!! goes really well with pepper steaks

Think small

If you don't wanna get what you've always got, do something different! For me, it involved thinking small.
* Use smaller plates and bowls.

* Get smaller clothes.

* Order smaller portions in restaurants.

* Exercise in small bursts throughout the day.

* Small rewards for small victories!

Incorporating water

For someone who spent decades strung out on diet coke, drinking water didn't come all that naturally. But little by little I've learned ways to incorporate drinking water in my daily routines. And as a bonus, I lost 7 pounds the month I gave up diet coke for good and I've never felt better.
