Using watermelon rinds

Make a saute of watermelon rinds. Cut them in thin strips. Heat a bit of oil add nigella seeds, sliced onions the rind & diced green chillies. Cover cook till done. Salt it.

Adding sweetness to lentil dishes

Whenever I feel like skipping a workout because I'm tired, I'm too busy, etc , I remind myself that there are plenty of other responsibilities I have to do each day, rain or shine, tired or busy, to take care of the people in my life, so shouldn't this one responsibility to myself be high priority?
