EXERCISE

Whenever I go walking and see the same people walking, It motivates me because I want them to think when they see me...she's still hanging in there and looks like shes losing weight. that's what I think when I see them still hanging in there.

MEASURE YOUR MEAT AND FREEZE

I measure all my meat, by the ounce, store in separate freezer bags and label them. This saves time and helps me plan my meals quicker.I also measure trail mix nuts
and dried fruit into 1/3 or 1/4 oz bags. I like to add these to my yogurt for a snack.

CARROTS ANYONE

I never liked eating carrots, but I liked juicing carrots. Well I bought a small bag of mini carrots to snack on at work and I have grown to really like them. They are sweet and crunchy, and after so much chewing I'm satisfied.

MORNING EXERCISE

Since I've been on midnights when I'm at home on a leave day, it's hard for me to get to sleep, so what I do now is work out , take a shower, eat some bran flakes with Soy milk and go to bed. This helps me sleep and I've gotten an extra workout in.

READING

Find a good novel to read to relax your mind. You don't have to think about weight loss 24 hrs. a day. It took more than 24 hrs. to gain it, it will take more than 24 hrs. to lose it. And If reading makes you want to snack, snack on air pop corn and drink water or add crystal light to it.

EXERCISE BEFORE WORK

Two (2) hours before I go to work, I exercise. some cardio, strength training, and abs. at least 30 mins to an hr. and some days I'll do the 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansong's DVD. I have so much energy it's unreal. I also make sure I get 8 hrs. sleep. EVERYDAY.

TRYING ON CLOTHES

I like Skinny Jeans and whenever I try them on the pear shape in the mirror reminds me that I must stay committed to this new lifestyle and be successful in obtaining my goals. LOOSING THE PEAR SHAPE I MUST DO!1!

STAY FOCUSED

I have learned not to give up and beat myself down when I get off track. I realize I'm human and I'm not perfect. I try to pin point what made me go off track. I look for triggers. Once I recognize them, I strive to correct them. I try to keep all negativity out of my life.
