Go with how you feel!

When I'm on my treadmill I find myself watching the time. I now cover up the screen with a note card and little piece of tape and stop when I feel I need to stop, not when the time says 20 minutes or a certain distance. I now find myself going a lot further and longer than before!!!

TEA....can help.

If you boil a pint of water in a saucepan then turn the heat off .Drop in2 twigs of mountain tea and a green tea, tea bag add a large pinch of cinnamon powder. Let it stand, drain ,Add1 tea cup of this to 1 glass of water. Drink through the day-
