I keep a tennis ball right by my head board in bed. I lay there and put it under my neck and relieve the tension and sore spots, even under your shoulder or back feels really good. Maybe a little sore at first but it does help get the knots out. Give it a try.

When your bananas get to brown and you don't have time to use them don't throw them away. Just put them in the freezer. i don't even put them in a bag I just set them in there. When you want to make muffins or bread just defrost in microwave. Delicious. They are white in the inside amazing!
