I eat my hamburgers, hot dogs and burritos with a fork. These foods aren't exactly healthy, but when you decide to indulge in these special treats use a fork. Eating with a fork slows you down, you enjoy your food longer, you feel satisfied after eating, and you won't eat as much.
I keep a 16 oz glass next to my kitchen sink. Every time I pass the kitchen sink I fill up the glass and drink it all down. So with the time I am in the kitchen during meal times I easily down 2-3 of these glasses at each meal. Also, when a craving comes on I have made it habitual to reach for my glass next to the kitchen sink instead of heading to the fridge!
