I plan out the night before exactly what I'm going to eat the next day, for all five meals. That way, I know my nutrition intake already, and I can tweak things as needed if I have too many carbs or not enough protein.

Greek Yogurt with Honey and Strawberries This snack is amazing! You have 6 ounces of fat free Greek Yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 cup of chopped strawberries, and 1-2 packets of Splenda. It feel like a cheat snack that gives me my sweet tooth fix, while burning fat!
