I found my old dress I lost so know I have more to aim for in my goal something visually I WILL fit in that dress :D no matter how long it takes me ^_^
I only just found out that milk has low calories and high protein onomnom :D
I've started doing crunches and I did 20 today I'm so proud and am going to try and add 5 on each time.
