drinking water

to drink more water, I use a bigger glass. that way I only have to drink 4 glasses if my glass is 16 oz., or if I use my water bottle which is 32 oz. I only need to drink two! I get all my water in easily this way.

Setting goals

I set a goal and put in short term goals to check off every day to keep my house clean and orderly. That way every morning I see what I need to do to keep the house the way I want it to look and I am reminded to do it.

Plan ahead

Sit down and plan out tomorrow the night before. Go ahead and track what you are going to eat and what exercise you will do. for some reason, once it is written, I have to do it.

Commerical exercising

Use an exercise ball to do crunches on during commercials. You can do different types of crunches during different commercials, then balance on the ball during your TV show. I can do at least four different sets during a typical show.
