Don't let the point clock rule you. For every 5 minutes of cardio exercise Spark People get 1 spark point. I always exercise for a minute or more than the 5 minute cut off. I exercise for ME not the points.
Day 2 is just as important as Day 1 Deciding to start a lifestyle changing plan is important. Waking up on Day 2 and reaffirming your decision is just as important if not more so. Sticking with a decision to make a healthier change is like waking up and taking a giant step in the right direction.

Surviving the WDW food and Wine Festival When celebrating in Epcot at the Food and Wine festival it is easy to overeat. But you can survive and still enjoy the tempting treats. The key is to attend with friends and to share a dish at each country.

Don't focus on what the scale reports. Focus on the fact that you are healthier today than when your journey started. For me 143 was better than 168. Three months of 143 was better than one day at 168. Eventually the plateau will break, as long as you keep making healthy choices.

For me, when I skip breakfast, I tend to over eat for the rest of the day. Not good. Don't skip breakfast. It starts the day on the wrong foot.
