For every 5 minutes of cardio exercise Spark People get 1 spark point. I always exercise for a minute or more than the 5 minute cut off. I exercise for ME not the points.

Don't focus on what the scale reports. Focus on the fact that you are healthier today than when your journey started. For me 143 was better than 168. Three months of 143 was better than one day at 168. Eventually the plateau will break, as long as you keep making healthy choices.

For me, when I skip breakfast, I tend to over eat for the rest of the day. Not good. Don't skip breakfast. It starts the day on the wrong foot.
