Deciding to start a lifestyle changing plan is important. Waking up on Day 2 and reaffirming your decision is just as important if not more so. Sticking with a decision to make a healthier change is like waking up and taking a giant step in the right direction.
When celebrating in Epcot at the Food and Wine festival it is easy to overeat. But you can survive and still enjoy the tempting treats. The key is to attend with friends and to share a dish at each country.
Don't focus on what the scale reports. Focus on the fact that you are healthier today than when your journey started. For me 143 was better than 168. Three months of 143 was better than one day at 168. Eventually the plateau will break, as long as you keep making healthy choices.
