Brushing to prevent night time eating So tonight I was about to eat something but was trying to stop myself. So I ended up brushing my teeth. Right after I was like... well now that I've already brushed food is going to taste weird, i'm too lazy to brush again, and i'm kind of sleepy, so nevermind! :)

If you go to Kroger, the organic aisle now has some clearance items that you can buy for a cheaper price if you're apprehensive about spending the money and not liking the product! :D

Exercise helps you get your 8 glasses When you do exercise you need to drink 2 glasses of water before and after exercising. This is half of your 8 glasses of water a day! If you drink a big class of water in the morning and one at night then you have your 8 glasses of water easily. :)

I think of my calories as the amount of money I have every day. Every calories is a monetary value. So if I have eaten about 1000 calories by dinner time I feel really happy and proud of myself to say that I have "500 calories" left to spend that day!
