Brushing to prevent night time eating

So tonight I was about to eat something but was trying to stop myself. So I ended up brushing my teeth. Right after I was like... well now that I've already brushed food is going to taste weird, i'm too lazy to brush again, and i'm kind of sleepy, so nevermind! :)

Double the Walk at the Park

If your park has a loop, then walk one way for the first time and when you get back to the starting point then turn around and walk the other way for the second loop. You'll have a new perspective so it keeps the walk interesting.

Exercise helps you get your 8 glasses

When you do exercise you need to drink 2 glasses of water before and after exercising. This is half of your 8 glasses of water a day! If you drink a big class of water in the morning and one at night then you have your 8 glasses of water easily. :)

Calories as money

I think of my calories as the amount of money I have every day. Every calories is a monetary value. So if I have eaten about 1000 calories by dinner time I feel really happy and proud of myself to say that I have "500 calories" left to spend that day!
