We all have weak moments, when you're torn between a craving and your ultimate goal.
Lifestyle balance is just like just like balancing on one leg - you have to constantly make small adjustments to compensate for a shift in the balance. These adjustments are not the correcting of mistakes, rather they are needed in order to keep balancing and not fall over!
If you don't like tofu, don't eat it. If you hate gyms, then don't go. Finding things that you like to do/eat but are healthy too will make it much easier to stick with.
SparkPeople has a huge range of information, options, reports, team, boards etc....it can be a bit overwhelming at first. Don't feel like you have to sign up for everything all at once. Take your time, and ask for help if you need it - there are heaps of members here who will be able to help you!
Starting on this journey can be overwhelming. It's best to start small, and set yourself achievable goals. Every day, find something to celebrate - even if it's as seemingly small as tracking all your calories on a hectic day!
