On days I really don't want to exercise, I tell myself, "I can do ANYTHING for 10 minutes." I try to do at least 10 minuts of cardio and at least 10 minutes of strength 5 days a week. This is a do-able amount of time for me.
I thought I needed a mean guy to keep me on track and after years of abuse and 50 added pounds later, clearly I was mistaken. It did not work for all the reasons it never works with mean guys. Now I am married to a nice guy who supports me with love and kindness. I lost 40 pounds, but mostly I found my smile, and I am never looking back.

However, if something happens that forces me to forget to adjust the payment, the standard amount will be sent on time, thus keeping me from being charged a late fee.
Don't throw food away. Enjoy your leftovers tomorrow for lunch or, yes, breakfast. You made it healthy to begin with; it will be healthy all over again. If you hate leftovers, shop for and prepare exactly what you'll eat and no more. What to do with leftovers? Eat them!
You might be able to prevent summer colds. Reseach suggests that adopting this one habit, plus cleaning your desk and countertops with disinfectant wipes once a day, is enough to slash your risk of picking up cold germs by 45% or more!
If you get a "check engine light" take your car to one of the chain auto parts stores. They have OBDII code readers and can tell you what's wrong with your car for free. It may be a simple and cheap fix such as a leaky vacuum hose or leaky gas cap. Or, it may be an easy to replace part that you, or a handy friend, can switch out for you. It's worth a try and can save hundreds of dollars.
If you're buying a beach umbrella, tent, sun hat or similar item, choose something red, blue, violet, lavender or pink.
