I was getting lazy and not going out because of the weather. As soon as I started going out every day, going to the gym, whatever, the weight started dropping and I am getting fit. I am so happy. Would I rather sit? NO! I used the Spark Book to help me get motivated.
I was so stuck at a certain weight. I was exercising, eating within my calorie range, but as soon as I stopped white sugar and white flour I have lost six pounds, which is a lot for me, being stuck for over 5 months!
