Let cooked roasts stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes before carving to let the juices settle. The meat will firm up for easier slicing. Wet your hands in cold water before mixing or shaping ground beef and the meat won't stick to them.
If you’re at home and need to walk from one room to another, take the opportunity to squeeze in some exercise! Try lunging across the room instead of walking. Take a large step forward with your right foot, bending your right knee at a 90 degree angle and keeping your back straight. Repeat with the next foot, moving forward. You may look silly, but your thighs will look great after a few weeks!
