It's about the food.

In the past, I thought I could exercise enough to make up for the bad habits I had let build up around my diet. But, if you do the math-that's just not going to happen.

Losing weight has to be about eating less and eating better.

Exercise is for strength, endurance, stess busting and all around good health.
