Sometimes that hug or recognition is not always available or readily given out by others...so you have to think well of yourself...every morning when you get up sit up straight on the bedside...put your left hand on you right shoulder and your right hand on your left shoulder and hold that position for at least 10 seconds...not only have you started your day with an upper body stretch...you have started the day with a hug! It is so much easier to wake up positive rather than pissed!
