I love coffee. So to make sure I drink enough water. I don't allow myself to drink that second cup until I have a bottle of water. I get to enjoy my coffee and still get my required water every day.
I hate working out, so when I watch my favorite show every commercial I get up and do 10 crunches, 10 squats, and 10 push-ups (modified). After 5 commercial breaks I have done 50 of etch and completed a good work out for the night. No soreness either!
