I have a busy lifestyle (don't we all), and my days begin and end at different times depending on the day of the week. So, I eat "breakfast" (an apple and an egg, or a banana and cheese, etc.) any time of the day that is most hectic. I'll eat my dinner in the morning (a fully cooked dinner!) in the am if I'm home early that day. Switching it up really works for me!
Right before I fall asleep, I close my eyes and envision myself slim, trim, and engaged in an activity that I plan to be great at. Sometimes, this "daydream" will catch on, and it will continue into my actual dreams as I sleep during the night.
