A Brand New Exercise - Highly Effective !!!
Focus on your cheek muscles - just above the jaw. Now contract them so that they pull back and upward toward the ears. Contract hard enough so that your lips part slightly and your teeth show. Outstanding. Keep that up.

Well if it isn't the most simple thing that really hits home!! I've just finally come to realize that this weight loss journey isn't going to be easy...and nor should it be! Anything worth fighting and working hard for is worth it!!! :) Slow and steady one day at a time...took months to gain...and will take months to loose...but will be oh so gratifying and a feeling of accomplishiment in the end!! Keep on truckin!!!!

When i feel happy with what i wear and how i look in myself is when i feel most motivated to carry on. So find those few items of clothing you like on yourself and when you're feeling down and ugly and you want to comfort eat, put that piece of clothing on and see that that good feeling is worth carrying on for!!!

On Saturday I plan my lunches for the next work week, shop for the food on Sunday and do all the cooking, and then I have everything made and in containers for Monday through Friday. No excuse to not eat properly, no fast-food. All that I have to do is grab a stack of Rubbermaid containers, pop them in my lunchbox with a blue ice pack, and head off to work each day!

I've lost weight before,but wound up putting it all back on & more. That's what you hear over and over again from people trying to lose weight. I've done it myself, but keeping it off after I lose it, well that's another story. The biggest "secret" to keeping the weight off, is don't go back to the way you were eating before. You WILL gain it back! Weightloss & healthy eating is a lifestyle change. You can still have "goodies" on occasion, just be mindful & don't slip into your old routine.
