Well if it isn't the most simple thing that really hits home!! I've just finally come to realize that this weight loss journey isn't going to be easy...and nor should it be! Keep on truckin!!!!
When i feel happy with what i wear and how i look in myself is when i feel most motivated to carry on. I've done it myself, but keeping it off after I lose it, well that's another story. The biggest "secret" to keeping the weight off, is don't go back to the way you were eating before. You WILL gain it back! Weightloss & healthy eating is a lifestyle change. You can still have "goodies" on occasion, just be mindful & don't slip into your old routine.
