Peace of Mind

Buy a BIG Water Bottle

I had a hard time finding a way to drink 8 cups of water everyday. Then, I started using a huge water bottle that holds 3.5 cups of water. I easily down 3 of them per day which puts me over 8 cups per day! =) I think it's a great investment!

Get dressed for working out

I find that if I change into my work-out clothes right when I get home from work, I am more apt to go to the gym. Even if I do just sit and relax for a 1/2 hour, I still figure I'm dressed for it, might as well go and get it over with!
