I like to think of my body as that of the SHARK. I know the shark must keep moving to stay alive. I apply this same logic to myself. So, when I don't feel like getting up off the couch and moving my body. I remember the SHARK and SWIM for MY LIFE!!!

I start my day with exercise. I find it gives me more energy throughout the day and that I am more alert and productive after I have exercised. Then, I do not have to fight with myself at the end of the day to go work out when I am tired and ready to relax. I feel positive because I exercised.
