If you are like me, work and chores often supersede me taking care of my own needs. Once a month, have a "YOU" day! Do those things you put off like getting your hair done, getting that manicure or pedicure, shopping for those new walking shoes, soaking in the bathtub, etc. Not only is this a time for well needed relaxation, but looking and feeling better about yourself gives you a boost and more confidence to keep up with your health/fitness journey! This is good for the guys as well!
Besides a Vision Collage, place a small jar filled with pebbles or marbles, one for each pound or half pound you have set your goal at. Take out the pebbles or marbles as you lose those pounds. Keep your jar on the kitchen counter or close to the refrigerator as a reminder to stay on track.
