If your closet is overstuffed, for each new item you buy, pull out 2 to toss or donate. Doesn't take long, and if you keep it up, you will actually be able to hang those new clothes you will have to buy as you lose weight!
My doctor has prescribed single leg lifts for my knee injury. While I do these, I "crunch" up so that I can feel my core muscles working at the same time. Adds a little more challenge to the exercise and helps my core as well.

Challenge yourself to achieve 10 minutes treading water this summer. I could only do 30 seconds when I started last year, but got up to 5 minutes in about 8 sessions. A great workout with no joint stress!
Before I step into the shower I do those little arm circles. I started with 25, and now I do 150. I also do "swimming" strokes - and get my whole upper body going. Really gets the blood moving, and I can see those arms firming up.

Bahama Rice Burgers are made from rice - no soy, no wheat gluten. they come in several flavors, although I like the original and the sausage! I am predjudiced, as the company is owned my my next door neighbor, but if you like non-meat burgers, or want vegetarian, or wheat free, try them!
Every morning, whether I will be going to the gym or not, I spend 5 to 10 minutes doing a few exercises before I jump in the shower. Not things I track, but some days a couple of hundred arm circles, or maybe some lunges or marching in place... Just enough to rev up my body for the day.
