When I get together with positive people, my motivation goes up and my emotional eating goes down. If my spirit is fed, I eat less.

When I 'feel' hungry, I drink a glass of water. This gives me time to sort out if it is physical hunger or emotional hunger. It also helps me get enough water for the day.
I had a problem with perfectionism. It was all or none. One day, I realized a 'perfect' human makes mistakes. Now I can pick myself up and start again much easier.
I find that by having water with me and sipping it throughout the day is an easy way to get it in.
