WE NEED HEALTHY BALANCE, THE SPIRIT IS IMPORTANT, WE MUST DEAL WITH PERSONAL ISSUES IN OUR LIVES. ALOT OF US YOU EMOTIONS AS A TRIGGER TO EVER EAT.
TAKE TIME OUT TO MEDITATE OR PRAY AND FIND OUT WHAT IS THE TRIGGER IN YOUR LIFE, WE ALL NEED BALANCE BODY , SOUL, MIND.
I LOG EVERY BITE EVERY DAY THE GOOD BAD AND THE REALLY UGLY, I AM ALWAYS HONEST NO MATTER HOW BAD IT LOOKS. SOMETIMES I DON'T WANT TO LOG THE EXTRA CANDY BUT WHO AM I HURTING OR CHEATING JUST ME.
I have found if i eat the same food consitently i stop loosing , so every few weeks change it up. I have found sometimes if my metabalism is slow i increase for a day or two but stay in calorie range. also i have started eating 4-5 smaller meals and it is working for me.
