I decided to pack my lunch everyday during Lent (40 day habit changer). I have lost weight and saved money. Extra money will be going to food pantry at church.
I started using Blackberry SparkPeople app. Now I can track, even preplan, my water, food and excercise. Thank you for making SP mobile!
My wife and I started by not ordering soda when going out to eat (saved money). Then simply didn't buy any soda next time at the store. Now we are both off soda. Iced tea has made a great, low cost substitute.
