Crushed pineapple... and tuna?? A number of years ago, I found an easy way of eating tuna was to include it in a salad with crushed (no sugar added) pineapple. I added onions and chopped green pepper, but the pineapple and the juice served as the dressing for the salad, so no extra calories!! Tasty, quick.

Eggbeater omelets are a breakfast staple that can be changed up by adding different ingredients. I created 2 food groups. One group is the basic omelet ingredients, the other all the addins. I put them both on my daily food menu, then just delete the addins I didn't use for that day.
