I often go online and browse for new clothes that I would want to wear once I lose my weight. That seem to keep me motivated because I can picture it. Another motivation is swim wear my goal is to be able to wear the 1 piece that have the cut outs I think it is called a monokini. So that motivate me to go hard too.
On the days I can't go to the gym and after working a long 8 hours kids and husband are fed. I will put in a dance aerobic dvd that's for 38 mins and my 2 year end up doing it with me and she is having some much fun. That way we get to spend time together plus watching her try to do the moves make me laugh therefore I am having fun working out.
