How to wake up earlier

When I wake up I think, "in the grand scheme of things what is going to have a better impact on my day, another hour of sleep or getting up and working out?" My answer is usually working out and it helps me get up and get going.

Picking Yourself Up Again

Sometimes you're going to have tough days, or even days that are flat-out terrible in the eating and exercise department. And that's okay. It won't ruin you unless you let it. Instead of giving up, do something small, like taking a 15 minute walk, and build up from there. All is not lost. You are stronger than you think!

Life, be in it NOW!

I hear a lot of people saying that they will do things "when" --when they lose weight, when they get healthy, when they make enough money, when they get another job, etc. The same goes for the untils; putting life on hold until (until I graduate; until the kids go to school; until the kids move out; until I retire), until the "untils" run out. Don't live your live for the whens and the untils--life happens, embrace it and be in it NOW!

HANGING ON.

I try so hard to keep going but today I am a mess, I wish when we get older our bodies wouldn't go against us so much. I eat well am very active, exercise, drink water but all the good I have done, doesn't seem to be enough. But then I should look at it as the glass is half full. Because if I didn't do and live healthy I may be much worst. Just stay positive and live the best you can and on the downs days just build them up to good days. Earn at Least 100 Spark Points Every Day!

Every day I try to get at least 100 Spark Points. Cardio 2 hours and strength training will add up to 34 points and you are a third of the way there. The rest are earned by reading articles, huddling with your teams and commenting on message board and blogs! You can do it!

Live Simple

Don't buy what you don't really need. Having less is very freeing. Over consumption and over production is ruining our bodies minds and environment. Less can be more. When you see what clothes you live on while on vacation (clothes for work aside) I always come home and donate a bunch of things. You see what you really can live on, update yes, but, one in one out. Help others by donating your clothes.
