even after being a "career" ww or sparker, memory can fail us
from time to time re-check those labels for calories, etc. and serving size
I put my food into the tracker before I eat it and check to make sure I have not gone over my limits. If it will put me over what I am supposed to have, I choose something else.
When ordering at fast food restaurants or sandwich/sub shops, order what size you wish to be. Order a "small" if you want to lose weight. Don't "supersize" your meal unless you want to be supersized yourself!
Here are some ways to get in some extra calories burned per day without working that hard:
*Squat on the potty, don't sit
*Take the stairs when possible
*When sitting at work/school, squeeze the glutes
*Walk in place during commercials
