Vary Your Caloric Intake

Jillian Michaels said on the Biggest Loser to vary your caloric intake: eat on the low end for two days, eat in the middle range for three days, eat on the high end (even going a little over) on two days. This keeps your body guessing. I did this all last week and lost 3.5 lbs!

Eat all your vegetables first

I'm not a big fan of vegetables, but I found if I eat all the vegetables before I eat the meats or fruit, I feel full and not deprived of the good stuff.

Every loss matters!!!

1/4 a pound loss after working hard all week does not sound like a lot. BUT take a stick of butter and put it under your chin. WOW! a quater of a pound makes a big difference. Celebrate every loss not matter how big OR small!
